Products built by hand with simplicity in mind; in scenic Fort Benton, Montana

Tim has been an avid bike rider since he got his first bike on Christmas, the day before his 8th birthday.  The desire to do long distance biking was there long before it happened, and when the time came, the idea that a bicycle held the key to freedom became a reality: "you can go anywhere you can pedal."

After getting into bikepacking, where the first trip was van-supported with a group of scouts, there was a desire to load the bike with bags.

The next trip was a guided ride on a section of the Great Divide. That trip was meant to teach, and by the end of that ride, the lessons learned were transformed into a drive to rebuild, and a packing style that began to hit the edges of his comfort zone.

A few years ago, Tim sold a small business, and the friend who bought it asked what he would do next. Tim told him "Well, here we are, and if there is a shitty day... There's always a plan "F"."

Bear Biker Spray Carrier- $40

The one that started Bear Biker!

After a ride in the northwest side of Glacier National Park,  my friend's wife commented that you could hear bears in the pictures we showed her. She insisted that bear spray was a must, if he wished to return.

After investigating,  and seeing nothing that was secure, readily accessible, and most importantly,  safe, the Bear Biker Bear Spray Carrier was born. Though meant to be carried on the top tube-tube-seat post corner, rider imagination can place it in other configurations.

Made for bike trips and hikers!

Rac & Bag- w/ Nalgene: $120 w/o Nalgene: $100

The Bear Biker Rac & Bag is a frame that attaches to the bottle cage mounts, providing a rock solid anchor point for a bag-covered Nalgene bottle on the underside of the triangle. The Bear Biker Rac eliminates the need to thread straps around the down tube, keeping life simple when using a frame bag.

Made from the following materials: Cross Dyed Nylon/ Polyester Ripstop Fabric Liner, cover: X50 X PAC & Ballistic Nylon outer shell. Topped with either a 1.9 oz Ripstop Nylon or UltraGrid.

Colors: Dark Camo, Coyote  Brown, and Ranger Green

Bear Biker Grizzly Fork Bag: $85.00 (single)

After hearing from a shop owner or two, that fork bags are getting tougher to find, we decided to start making and adding them to our growing line of bikepacking bags and products.

As with all our products we use what we believe to be the finest materials for the job, and use as much made in the USA materials as possible.

The Grizzly Fork Bag body is constructed from either X50 or X51 (depending on color choice) Tactical X-PAC CORDURA, and a Ballistic Nylon back.  The roll top is constructed from a doubled layer of UltraGrid 100% recycled nylon with double ultra ripstop. Adding an additional structure of material to the bag is more labor intensive, but we believe that this reduces “bunching” when rolling the bag shut.

Needs fork cage to be mounted to, not included.

Includes 2 straps for mounting.

Bag weight:115 grams

Bag capacity: 4 liters, when rolled 3 times

Bag colors: Coyote Brown, Ranger Green, Multi Cam Black Camo (X51).

Roll Top colors: Very Berry (purple), Lemon Lime, (bright green), Tangerine (orange).

Bags are available in any of the color combinations listed, feel free to mix!
